The moment you see Loong Text on this coin, the appeal is obvious. Light plays nicely across the antique silver finish from every angle. With dragon framing the centerpiece, the design gains its character.
Quiet precision in zodiac is what gives this design its personality. Few ancient Chinese-style coins render their subject with this much care in so small a format. There is an honesty to the Loong Text design that mass-market coins lack. The antique silver finish sets off the design the way a frame sets off a painting. It slots neatly into any ancient Chinese coin album or display case. For collectors of ancient Chinese-style coins, a piece like this rarely stays available for long.
Hand this zodiac collectible coin to a fellow collector and enjoy the reaction. Bring a bit of character into your home with this easy-to-display Chinese cash-style coin. The zodiac detailing alone justifies a spot on the shelf.
