The first thing this teapot promises is an honest brew, and it keeps that promise. It holds 100cc, which is plenty for solo gongfu sessions.
The body is purple clay, steady in heat and mellow in flavor. The material is the whole story here — everything else follows from the clay — a small thing, but it matters every session. Walls are thick enough to hold temperature across a long session — a small thing, but it matters every session. Spout, handle, and body are balanced so the pot feels right when full — the photos do not exaggerate. A well-used yixing pot becomes the brewer's favorite tool, which makes daily brewing just a little easier. In practice, the compact size means less water wasted warming the pot.
Order it, rinse it, brew in it — the pot handles the rest. It fits naturally into any tea setup, from beginner to seasoned. Add it to your cart and give your tea the vessel it deserves. Brew something you love in it first; first impressions count.
